Gabriella & Lidiya Oros

As New York Residents for over 20 years, Lidiya and Gabriella Oros have an intimate knowledge of the city’s neighborhoods and real estate industry. Creative and talented from an early age, as life-long entrepreneurs usually are, the sisters have always had a keen eye for opportunity and for carving their own path in life. Gabriella and Lidiya bring years of experience from other fields to their Real Estate business. The two have been each other’s greatest encouragers and supporters since early childhood. Before moving to NYC in their early childhood, Gabriella and Lidiya were young singing sensations, performing folkloric and pop music for audiences throughout Austria, Hungary, Ukraine, Romania and beyond. In addition to concerts, the two have participated in multiple singing competitions throughout Europe and in the United States.

As adults, while expanding their reach in the real estate market, Gabriella and Lidiya brought their intense creativity and ability to execute to producing fashion shows for up-and-coming designers across London, Paris, Boston, New York, and Dubai. The sisters are avid supports of various non-profit organizations (including their own fund UHF ) that empower women, help children in need, promote education, housing assistance and fight against animal cruelty.

Alessandro Delmonaco

Originally from Rome, Alessandro moved to New York in 2002. He graduated from Brooklyn Technical High School and later went on to Baruch College’s Zicklin’s School of Business to major in finance. Although holding previous roles in public finance and marketing, with over 17 years in the city from an outside perspective, Alessandro could not contain his love and appreciation for real estate. Nowadays, Alessandro particularly prides himself in making the moving process as simple and seamless for clients as possible. He strives constantly to help clients find their dream apartment with as little stress as possible and is all about forming personal and long term connections with them. Let him do the work for you!

In his free time, Alessandro loves watching and playing soccer…and although from Rome, his team has always been Juventus.

Ana Djukovic

Ana’s love of New York City’s vibrant diversity and being a naturally outgoing “people person” led her to the dynamic, fast-paced world of NYC Real Estate.

Ana has lived and worked in NYC for past 18 years, she has lived in many different neighborhoods from the Upper East Side to Nolita and over the years so she has gained a lot of practical knowledge of NYC living. Prior to becoming a Real Estate Agent, Ana honed her client service skills and eye for interior design in the Hospitality industry. She credits her lived experiences and professional background as well as her tenacity and commitment to her success in finding new homes for her clients.
When Ana isn’t hard at work she is enjoying all that NYC has to offer; taking long walks on the waterfront, she’s a lover of the arts & music and also dabbles a bit in photography with a focus on architecture and design.

Katie Truong

Born and raised in Queens, Katie graduated from NYU with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. During her undergrad, Katie planned a variety of film screenings near campus, sparking her passion for exploring NYC's vibrant neighborhoods and seeing all that the city has to offer! Katie loves helping her clients find the best apartments for their needs. She is personable, attentive, and eager to hear what you're looking for in your next home!

In her free time, you can find Katie practicing yoga, going to concerts, gallery hopping, and trying new restaurants around the city!
